Hello, the World News Forum admin team, I am interesting in moderating the discussions at World News Forum. about me: I am 33 years old, have an university degree in sociology (Belorussian State University, Minsk) and make my second university degree in Berlin, Germany. Originally I am from the Republic of Belarus and I live in Berlin with my family already for 5 years. forums: I would like to moderate the Regional News Forum for the Republic of Belarus and for Russia. why: I am well informed and interesting in world and regional politics, social, economy, technology and culture. I speak, write and read in four languages fluently (English, Russian, Belorussian and German) - so I can post and moderate in any of these languages, also I have low intermediate level in French. I think a lot of people don't understand the main problem in Israel Palestinian conflict. The Arabs had in 1948 and still have problem with the Israelis existence in the Middle East. The settlements are not a problem because if both sides want peace we always can find a creative solution. my pray is that eventually the Arabs will come to the 21 century and will be progress in their way of thinking and they mind, then we will all benefit from it. Statement We want to bring to the attention of the Romanian Government, Ministry of Defense, media and, not least, public opinion, the situation of the army soldiers and volunteers mark Romania, ex-soldiers employed on contract basis in fact those who are in a position future unemployment. Although the activities they carry out this category of persons to serve the Romanian state and its citizens, both in peacetime and in war, are particularly important, soldiers and volunteers are not recognized mark certain rights which their colleagues from military service benefits. These soldiers are treated as citizens of lower rank, although the years have worked well in serving the state. Does this seem fair and right that after 20 years of military service, after so many years the rigors of military life, to leave the system as if we were not there? Does it seem fair that after I suffered a major period of economic transformation, the profound changes in society, to enter fully discover another change? Thus, soldiers and volunteers mark not recognize certain rights are: - Age and graduated as a volunteer soldier, is not considered old in military service; - Maximum age to which soldiers and volunteers graduations can be maintained in activity can not exceed the age of 40 years, according to par. (2), Art. 35 of Law no. 384/2006 on the status of soldiers and volunteers mark. We would put the above inequalities and grant the following rights: - Length of service as a soldier and volunteered to be considered old graduated in military service and to take into account in determining pension under the Law no. 164/2001 on state military pensions; - Establishing the legal retirement age for military personnel as the maximum age limit up to which soldiers and volunteers graduations can be kept in employment, except that, after the age of 40 years, soldiers and graduations volunteers wishing to continue their work Annual tests are required to promote physical fitness and adequate military military specialty they are employed; - Making payments compesatorii in case of dismissal, like civilian staff redundant. Please allow a minimum of attention to this category of military personnel, because the profession is based on the total reports of discipline, loyalty, responsibility and readiness to execute orders, asking her strength of character, resistance to multiple and prolonged effort and renunciation and the personal sacrifices ..
