to make a picture of lace
wood precision, laved
for balance of a face
more than more, the gift
talent through eons shift

in each casting, seen
complete or incomplete
the symmetric of keen
lineated flair, undelete
all the universe, one
encompassing sun to son

sheer, diaphanous woven gauze
plastic, marble or stone
beauty seeking, the cause
but it is a gift on loan
only one can create
on this men contemplate
